A course that will focus on Yoga and Pilates practices for those new to classes and those with some more experience. This course will enable you to develop your skills and awareness of your breathing, flexibility and strength.

7.45pm-8.45pm

Intermediate Yoga flow and Strengthening

Suitable for those who have been attending these classes to date or who have 6 months+ experience.  This course will focus on building on all experience to date.  There will be a specific focus on core and arm strengthening and building up components of advanced postures.
