Programs hosted by Indian Prairie Public Library - free and open to the public. Come learn a new skill, hear about history, or meetup with others to play chess or discuss books. At IPPL, there's something for everyone!

Practice Zoom

Look for the green, "we are here." -- This practice session is to help you learn how to use Zoom, an online meeting software. Zoom lets multiple people video chat with one another at the same time. We are setting up these Zoom rooms so you can join a room and practice with the software. You can test your microphone, see yourself on camera, learn to chat, and more. Once you feel comfortable with Zoom, you can leave the event. You don't need to stay the whole time, and there's no agenda.

Professor Forst will help create a working definition of systemic racism and how it affects every area of our lives. This event is sponsored in partnership with the Prospect Heights Public Library, the Glen Ellyn Public Library and The Indian Prairie Public Library. A link to access the program will be emailed to you three hours before the event.
