Welcome to Sahajayoga Meditation group of Northwest Indiana. Sahajayoga Meditation is a simple and effortless meditation method that brings you balance and makes you peaceful from within and gives you a uniquely blissful experience. This happens by the awakening of subtle energy (Kundalini) which lies within all of us. This process nourishes our subtle energy system. We can provide this unique experience to anyone who has a desire to have it and learn more about it. All this eternal knowledge is invaluable and priceless. So we can not pay for it. So Sahajayoga Meditation is always offered free everywhere in the world.
The ultimate goal is to give seekers of truth the knowledge of self and make them their own master through knowing themselves at the subtle level.

We are delighted to invite everyone for free in-person sessions of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. It is easy. Spontaneous and Effortless. Anyone can do it. There are immediate benefits in stress relief and a feeling of peace and contentment. You don't need to bring anything special. Just bring yourself in comfortable clothing.
About our sessions:
Classes are conducted in a peaceful environment. Soothing background music helps facilitate meditation. Meditations are guided by experienced instructors and are designed to accommodate the collective experience. You’ll learn how to awaken and activate your inner subtle energy, so you can practice meditation effectively.
All Sahaja Meditation events are always free.

These recurring classes are meant to come together and meditate and learn little by little, so please plan to join them every week for growth in your meditative state and practice. You are equipped with knowledge to start practicing from day 1. As you join us for subsequent classes you are taken forward in meditation practice. In case you are unable to join a class, don't worry and rejoin any time and you can always start afresh.
