Sangha in modern Buddhist practice is the supportive, guiding community of practitioners so this afternoon we’ll modify the practice period to include sitting meditation for 1 ½ hours and at 2:30 we’ll have tea or coffee with pastries, cakes and cookies.
The shorter meditation time can still remind us to take the time to be mindful as holiday activities get us busy. The more busy we are, the more we need to remember to take our time, be mindful and be aware of sharing the world with others.
No registration fee. Dana or voluntary donation for the teachings is welcome.
RSVP is requested.
