Do you have a meditation practice?
Yes. It goes up and down, but I've been getting better and better lately. I usually don't get more than 10 or so days in a row consistently.
If not a vipassana or mindfulness practice what tradition informs your practice?
I'm sort of ignorant about the traditions. I just use breathing meditation informed by some books by Thich Nhat Hanh among other things.
Have you meditated for longer than an hour at one time?
Are you interested in longer practice retreats?
Do you need meditation instruction?
I'm sure it would help. So, yes.
