This is a gentle Yoga gathering for people looking to make new like-minded friends in a spiritually oriented setting. The group's focus is on learning and sharing gentle stretching and breathing techniques, to achieve deep relaxation, manage stress, and heal body, mind, and soul. So, if you are looking to reduce stress, gain flexibility, improve your health, or are just interested in exploring a non-intimidating form of Yoga, please join us. No previous experience is necessary, all are welcome. We meet in a safe and supportive environment with subdued lighting and relaxing music.
