Introductory Android Class on February

Group Organizer
Santa Clara, CA
The number of Google Android-based events, such as the upcoming Android Hackathon on March 13, is increasing rapidly. Many people are interested in learning to program Google's Android, but some may feel overwhelmed.

To help beginners become more comfortable in this new language, a series of introductory Android classes are being organized. The first class is on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:30PM at Access Growth in Santa Clara. This class will focus on the basics of creating, debugging, and running an Android project in Eclipse. It will also go into the fundamental structures of Android programs and the free tools that come bundled with the Android SDK.

This first class cost $25 per person and is limited to 20 people. You can get more info and register for the class at.

If you have a topic for a future Android class, send your suggestions to services at
