Guided Meditation for Inner Balance and Quieting the Mind w/ Ellen Radha Katz

  • Every third Tuesday of the month, Ellen (Radha) offers a gift to anyone who chooses to visit:  a free evening of gentle stretching, breath awareness and guided meditation.  Each session is unique.  There is no rigid structure, only an organic process that builds a sense of community and deep restoration.

    Ellen Is a licensed psychotherapist and meditation instructor, who includes teachings from many traditions in her guided meditations. From time to time guest instructors lead the 3rd Tuesday gathering.  Laurie Garber-Amram, also a licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor, often joins Ellen and provides guidance during the opening asanas (stretches) and pranayama (intentional breath).
