We will begin with a short meditation and drumming to settle into our bodies and begin to quiet the mind. We will then gently transition into the gong bath. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or whatever you need to lay comfortably.

Please consider making a generous donation to support the ongoing existence of INNER BALANCE, and to offer some support to the generous facilitators who contribute their time, energy and gifts to make thesesessions available to the public. A $10-$15 donation per session is suggested.

Gong baths have been practiced for thousands of years, longer than any other instrument for holistic sound healing.

It is believed that gong baths help to reduce stress as well as opening up your emotional blockages. Not only does playing certain tones promote vitality and healing, it may also enhance your happiness.

The gong’s sound gently reverberates over, around and through the entire body to calm, relax and soothe. Typically, the listener’s heart rate slows, blood pressure drops and breath is restored to its natural rhythm and induce deep relaxation.
