• Inner Engineering Completion Online with Sadhguru March 28th

    We are excited to announce that Inner Engineering Completion is now available in an online format. Designed by Sadhguru, the program includes the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a powerful and purifying 21-minute energy technique which incorporates the breath, along with rejuvenating and invigorating asanas.

    Thousands of people across the world have completed the Inner Engineering Online course and have been eagerly awaiting this opportunity to take their experience a step deeper and receive Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a potent tool for inner transformation.

    This program is offered in 3 sessions:

    Sessions 1 and 2 (2.5-hour long each). Multiple date and time options are available for you to choose from. These sessions are facilitated by an Isha Yoga instructor.
    Session 3 (9 hours with breaks) offers the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya by Sadhguru.

    The sessions must be attended in sequence. If you miss one session it will not be possible to attend the subsequent one.
