What we're about

This group is aimed at bringing together a group of individuals who are ready to take a refreshing step back, breathe in the depths of new perspectives and refocus our energies on being...not only our best self but our whole self, leading to a life of self-fulfillment and Inner Harmony. There will be opportunities for us to get together multiple times a month. Meet-ups will be focused on personal development and growth, self care, self-empowerment and of course having fun!
