What types of food do you most enjoy? Does your cultural or ethnic/background influence your enjoyment of food and cooking?

I'm filipino, so I grew up with food with a lot of seasoning, so....I love any kind of food with A LOT OF FLAVOR :) Thing is, I'm trying to eat healthier, so I hope to learn how to cook dishes that taste good, but are good for me too. So I decided if I do that MOST of the time...I don't have to feel guilty when I DO SPLURGE and eat/cook what I want to:)

Describe your level of cooking expertise. Beginner? Intermediate? Advanced? Professional? Experimental?

Beginner/Experimental....but I know cooking runs in my blood, I just have to practice and believe in myself!

Are there any particular cooking techniques you would like to learn?

I think I have cooking A.D.D., so easier and least time consuming the better...but I know challenges are good too!
