Level I - III GROUP TRAINING SESSION.
This session is focused on increasing your strength by providing expert instruction on Basic Exercises.
The instruction brings you through a full-body workout with appropriate challenges for your fitness level. Simple cuing and explanations enable novice and intermediate exercisers to remain safe while being adequately challenged.
