1. Have you recognised the underlying pattern of thoughts that goes on in your life all the time?
2. What type of thoughts give you energy and what type of thoughts are draining?
3. Have you recognised areas of your heart that are closed due to painful memories or experiences? How difficult (or easy) is it to open your heart again?
