We meet for a community-led sit at 2PM every Saturday afternoon to practice meditation in the Buddhist tradition. Our meditation style is 'Vipassana' which is also known as Mindfulness Meditation.
On this 2nd Saturday of the month you are invited to remain after the meditation as we gather for refreshments and mindful conversation and an opportunity to get to know each other. Feel free to bring a snack to share.
Our group usually numbers around 10 - 12 meditators, although most do not use Meetup to RSVP.
There is no charge to attend but love offerings are accepted and go toward room rental and other expenses.
