What we're about
We welcome you to join us for weekly guided mindfulness (Thurs eves 7:30pm) and loving-kindness (Sat morns 10:00am) meditations. Thursday evenings, Kerry Rasp, our highly skilled meditation and MBSR teacher, will assist you in vipassana practice of lightly letting thoughts pass thru the mind to experience present moment awareness. Saturday mornings, Debbie Steincolor, a student of Kerry's, will guide a heartfelt meditation easing avusos into the senses and emanating well-being & happiness to all living beings.
You may find calmness, less stress, and clarity of mind from regularly sitting in sanghas (small supportive groups).
