What we're about

We invite you to join us for weekly mindfulness and loving-kindness/compassion meditation guided by Deb Steincolor. Calmness and clarity of mind naturally happens from regularly sitting in sanghas (small supportive groups). Whether new or experienced, young or old, and any gender, race, or ethnicity you will be warmly welcomed. From time to time, Kerry Rasp, Deb's teacher will guest lead.
