What we're about

We are a non-profit women’s organisation that runs free virtual workshops to help women rediscover their passions, develop confidence and achieve new goals.

Our weekly FREE Inspiration Hour workshops include resilience and assertiveness training, goal setting classes, life skills training including how to start a Gratitude Journal practice, and Creating a Circle of Support.

Some of our workshops include video presentations on key life skills, followed by discussions where participants can share their thoughts and ideas in a safe, supportive space.

Our Inspiration Hour workshops are designed to build your confidence in all areas of your life including work, relationships, self and more.

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons we ask that all workshop attendees turn on their cameras and introduce themselves when they enter our virtual meeting space. If you do not turn on your camera at the beginning of your workshop we may remove you. This is to ensure everyone’s security.

Gratitude Book Club for women

Online event

Our FREE weekly book club for women runs every Monday evening from September through December.

Each week we will focus on a book with an uplifting theme related to self-development and inspiration, followed by a group discussion where you will be invited to share your thoughts and feelings on what we read.

You will have an opportunity to receive training to facilitate individual book club sessions if you wish. The training will provide you basic online training and facilitation skills.

The book club is also an opportunity to connect with other women in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. Please note it is not a substitute for professional mental health support.

For security purposes you will be asked to turn your camera on and introduce yourself when you enter the Zoom meeting room.

Peer Support Gratitude Group for Women

Our hybrid peer support gratitude group for women is a FREE facilitated weekly group focusing on the positive benefits of gratitude for mental and emotional well-being.

Each week we will focus on a theme such as self care, boundaries, inspiration. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss their personal experience and they will be guided to consider each theme in the context of gratitude.

This group is not a substitute for professional mental health support.

This is a hybrid group that takes place at our face to face venue and is also streamed via Zoom.

Beaded jewellery making - beginner to intermediate

Join our 6 week beaded jewellery making course for women and learn how to make your own statement bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces!

You will learn how to use basic jewellery making tools as well as the fundamentals of beaded jewellery making including wire work, adding clasps and ear wires, designing your own original pieces and more.

All tools and materials are provided. There is a £10 fee per head per 6 week course to cover these. Please note: you must pay this fee in order to reserve your space on the course.

The course takes place at our face to face venue in Peckham.

Spaces are limited to ten to ensure each student gets one-to-one tutor time.
