This is a group for people interested in yoga, wellness and healthy lifestyle! We meet regularly to practise different types of yoga (Vinyasa Flow and Yin), as well as for inspirational healthy lifestyle and wellness talks.
The events are managed by Natalia, the yoga teacher behind Lumina Yoga - www.luminayoga.no. She has several years of dedicated own practice, 200 hours yoga teacher training in Ashtanga from India and 200 hours teacher training from the renowned American yoga school YogaWorks. Natalia has learnt from and practised with many teachers in Norway, England and South-East Asia. She teachers Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Yin and Yang yoga. Natalias classes focus on exploring the link between one's breath and movement. She is passionate about helping others practise yoga with the right and safe alignment and develop own body intelligence. Her classes are always adapted to your needs, body and level. Natalias classes combine physical poses, breathwork and yoga philosophy. Natalias is there for you to help you develop yourself at different levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
During our regular healthy lifestyle events, you will learn how to eat healthier, exercise and handle stress to be able to live longer and happier, prevent premature aging and lifestyle diseases. You will be inspired to create and enjoy your own personalised healthy lifestyle:)
