The practice of Presence transforms how we experience ourselves and the world, in both our personal and professional lives.

During this workshop we will explore the precise practices that deepen our presence in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realms. We will deepen our capacity to listen to more subtle dimensions of reality, relate more nakedly, and enquire into our sense of purpose/potential and look at how this is manifesting or not in our life.
We will also explore the principle whereby vertical development often brings periods of doubt and confusion, and look at how we resist or allow this.

What does it mean to live in ‘awakened’ consciousness in our daily lives, and what are the principles and practices that support this?
What does it mean to be ‘in the world, but not of it’?

The practice of Presence is the gateway to a renewal and deepening of our participation in life and its highest possibilities. During the workshop there will be meditations, teachings, dialogues and exercises.
