Improve your mastery of group facilitation by attending the upcoming Next Stage Facilitation intensive.
Integral Teachers Diane Hamilton and Rebecca Colwell are offering a three day advanced facilitation intensive “The Next Stage Facilitation” in Houston on September 13-15 for coaches, consultants, experienced professionals and change agents who facilitate groups. Integral Facilitation offers a set of developmental learning experiences, tools, and tactics designed to help facilitative leaders get to the next stage of facilitation. From there – armed with an Integral map for working in culture; new awareness, more perspectives, and more masterful competencies – an Integral Facilitator is better equipped to tackle some of the thorniest practical challenges in human collaboration.
This program is for those want to engage groups skillfully and deeply, cultivate a deeper self-awareness and strengthen the ability to navigate differing personal and cultural perspectives with ease. This workshop goes beyond traditional facilitation and core engagement training by introducing participants to the next stage of facilitation using the Integral Map.
There has never been a better time to invest in your own learning and development. Please join us for this advanced facilitation development intensive for coaches, consultants, experienced professionals and Integral practitioners.
Learn cutting edge methods that help you access fresh perspectives that allow you to include more of yourself and more skillfully navigate what is coming up in the group – and have a greater impact. Be prepared to experiment with your own self-awareness and perspective-taking abilities in a highly engaged way!
