What we're about

Integral theory braids Four Threads for human development and conflict resolution: psychology, physiology, culture, and social systems mapping.

Our Oregon Chapter practices Parts Mapping - internal and relational.

We share what we're mapping in support group, that is held by you and the community. Gathering, we relate with our parts, our characterologies, 5 Zip-Codes of experience, developmental repairative needs, and wiggle down to the root of core patterns. archetypes &, never too early, commit to pivot to positive intent +ION practice or PIVOT of Tao practice.

If you have been looking for a community and growth framework that includes the full spectrum of Eastern and Western, social and individual development, you may find Portland's Integral community to be the all-encompassing fit you've been looking for.

Many of our members are nerds with empathy and a love for embodied, contemplative practice and social contribution. We digest and repair, We hike & potluck, we read & discuss, we meditate & stretch, we project & workshop.

Some basic Integral modalities for increasing our understanding of ourselves and the world include: STAGES of cultural development, STATES of consciousness development, TYPES of characterology, QUADRANTS of evolutionary emergence, and LINES of intelligence. We use body practice, study practice, meditative practice, inclusive debate, shadow work through storytelling & circling, and casual connection outdoors to build community, ourselves, and social projects with people throughout the world.

New and seasoned integration lovers are equally welcome to all meetups. Studying both meditation & psychology have been in our cultures, you are familiar with Integral and would like to contribute with a growing practice group, come see what we're up to!
