Intentional fitness is the opportunity to really be in our body’s, allowing any emotions/truamas/feelings that are being stored in the body to arise. During our session, we will meditate, work out doing various exercises depending on your needs and desires, as well as create a safe space with us for a true shift to occur as we discuss, allow, express, and release anything no longer serving the Highest Good for your Divine journey here on Earth!
This workout includes the "mindbody," spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental. Yes, we workout. Yes, this is an opportunity to get in shape like never before; however, this is beyond the physical. This is the metaphysical, the energetic ties that are stagnant in that "emotional weight" that is ready to be released.
You would not have taken the time to read this if you weren't consciously or subconsciously ready for this - face whatever resistance is left.
