##Close-Up with Master Instructor Giovanni Agramonte

My Background?
I was born in the Bronx and grew up in Washington Heights NY. I am the son of parents that migrated from the Dominican Republic. My parents instilled in me basic principles based on love, respect and discipline.

My Role As a Human Being?
I'm actively engaged and helping others tap into their self-awareness. I'm all about empowering those that seek self-fulfillment.

I consider myself a vitamin to those I connect with. My life goal is to motivate those whom seek understanding about themselves and want to strive for a greater overall experience.

My Role As a Professional?
In my role as Operations Director I work closely with all departments within the company.

My focus is primarily compartmentalized into two areas:
The first area is ensuring that our Production meets the expectations of our customers and account managers.

The second area is managing Manpower, getting to know each technician, understanding what makes them tick and making sure that their professional needs are met so that they may do their job correctly.

In Closing...
Each of us is blessed with one life, one journey and it's our responsibility to do better and be better every waking day.

Overall, I love people and enjoy tech.
----Giovanni Agramonte
