The class will start with Internal Energy Walking techniques. These are practices that teach one how to have good energy flow, balance and structure. Depending on who attends, this could be much of the class.
Tai Ji Chaun is an excellent internal energy and meditative practice. This produces many positive physical and psychological benefits. It's also a potent martial art. We will focus on a traditional Yang style.
The class is a little more than one hour.
