Tai Chi Chuan is simultaneously a practice that creates a feeling of well-being, enhances a healthy mind and body, and also teaches the body mechanics suitable for self-defense and for success in other sports.

Master David Alexander has 40+ years of experience studying, practicing, and teaching with the best, including Grandmaster William C.C. Chen. He brings that broad and deep experience to Tai Chi Chuan classes for Long Island and New York.

Tai Chi Chuan is suitable for adults of all ages. When practiced it leads to greater energy and coordination and at the same time to a more peaceful state of mind.

Classes are one hour long, and include a Yang-style short form suitable for all ages 18+ in reasonable health. Contact us to find out what classes are available and suitable for you, and to discuss any questions you may have.
