What to expect...
We will hangout online with our group members based in various regions in Switzerland as well as across the world.
Via video, you'll meet friendly people who want to share cultural experiences, personal interests and discuss topics prepared by the event organizer. These sessions will be arranged by two different fluency levels:
• Intermediate (B1-B1+)
• Advanced (Pre-C1 to C1+) or Advanced with Native Speakers (Pre-C1 to C2+)
The "international" element will be encouraged in two ways:
The organizer of an online event will be allowed to invite other English language learners or native English speakers they know personally who are based overseas to join a session.
Everyone will have the chance to speak in breakout rooms so you'll have more time to speak and get to know members better. Interesting discussions will be guided by the host, who will always be a native speaker and/or experienced English teacher.
Other services....
Hangouts in English are not English classes. Members looking for more of a language development experience are encouraged to join The Boston School's mailing list to receive monthly newsletters. These include free English reading or listening exercises, access to Quizlet vocabulary study sets as well as special discounts for classes offered through The Boston School.

The cost and access code...
