We are a group of students and young professionals who know about the challenges of life as an international student.
We understand that as students, away from family and friends, you are faced with difficult situations. You strive to deliver the best: to study hard to get good grades, work to manage daily expenses, save money to re-pay loans and sometimes support family back home. Balancing all this, plus adjusting to a new country and a different culture can be challenging. As students one could go through stress, anxiety, tension and other negative emotions which can result in poor performance, lack of interest, low confidence and poor decision making.
What we do is offer you free workshops facilitated by experts who can help transform your life each day and to increase your ability to deal with these challenges by providing you some tools & techniques including some powerful breathing exercises to tap the vast untapped possibilities. You will be able to discover that you have the power to create a joyous life, the confidence to stretch and grow beyond limiting beliefs and the ability to lead a deep fulfilling life.
