Looks great Tim. For those of you with After Effects I really recommend VideoHive http://videohive.net/category/after-effects-project-files/openers for Openers and AudioJungle for the Audio. It will give you a really professional video with most of the hard work done. Of course you will still need After Effects and some skills to use it.

Thanks Dana. I'm using a combination of Adobe After Effects (for the intro, which I can edit to say anything for future uses), Screenflow for the video capture and Photoshop for the end slide. All of these are now "templated" so I can just swap them out for whatever new content I create. I believe an important aspect is the audio. I'm using an external microphone (AUdio-Technica AT2020 USB). The most difficult part was "masking out" my personal info. Won't be making that mistake again!

Great "how to" video Tim. Can you tell us what software or resources you used to create it? Very professional looking!

Sorry for the late review ...This meetup was inspiring ... it showed me that the first thing I need to do is actually make a video ...not wait for the circumstances to be perfect or ... it will never get done. Thanks to the guest speaker Sasha she is really a fantastic example of what quality videos and a good niche can accomplish I am ready for the next session now

Another excellent round of discussion! There was a question about music ... here is the royalty free supplier I use: http://www.smartsound.com/ You buy and install their software. It's been a LONG time but I don't recall this was expensive. You buy music of the genre your video needs (and that you like), either by the piece or by the CD. They have a seriously large library with all types of music, and great sales from time to time.

If I need 31 seconds, that's exactly the length I get (with a proper ending, to boot). I love this stuff...

My new office can hold about 40+ if you guys are willing to bring your chairs. If everyone can bring a fold out chair we can open it up for more. Is everyone good with that?

We are trying to secure a larger space so make sure you RSVP on the waiting list so you will be first in once we open up more spots. Thanks
