Meet on the corner of Sarsfield St and Curran St by Pt Erin Park.
From there we'll walk round under the Harbour Bridge to Westhaven, then along beside the water to Silo Park. This will lead to the Viaduct where we will walk round the Viaduct Basin then across to Victoria Park. That might be a good place for a short break or maybe a coffee from one of the new places at the revamped Victoria Park Market.
We'll then take a route that will lead us up to Ponsonby then on to Jervois Rd and down to Bayfield Park at Coxs Bay. I understand that the boardwalk there is being reconstructed, but we can still walk through the park and over to the beach. Heading up West End Road will take us back to Jervois Rd, on to Marine Parade and then back round to Sarsfield St and Pt Erin. Lunch in the park if the day is good will give us a chance to relax a bit.
