A peaceful world can only exist if people are happy. There are two kinds of happiness: relative and absolute. Through our practice of Nichiren Buddhism, we awaken to the dignity and power that reside within us and transform ourselves on the deepest level. We chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, and study the words of Nichiren Daishonin. We practice Nichiren Buddhism for the happiness of ourselves and others. We gather at discussion meetings in homes or SGI Buddhist centers to encourage one another as we practice and study Buddhism.
