I now maintain a healthy weight and live free of eating disorders, using the techniques you'll learn about in this INTUITIVE WEIGHT LOSS group.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Health and Lifestyle Coach, I teach others how to overcome eating disorders and achieve healthy weight loss.

Meetup topics include intuitive eating and nutrition, fun with fitness, improving body image, alternative and holistic health, wellness and healthy lifestyle, spirituality in recovery, and tips for health professionals.
