How to Add the Power of “The Internet of Things” to Your Inventions

Come and Learn: Justin Grammens and Rodney Landers will share "The Landscape of IoT". The Internet of Things is not all about making everything connected - it's about making the RIGHT THINGS connected. As an inventor you should be adding connectivity in to your product where it helps your customer.

The Speakers will cover:

·  Some of the latest numbers on the number of devices that are expected to be connected in the next 3-5 years

·  Decisions you should be considering around what is technically possible and what users will embrace

·  How wireless standards from cellular, to BLE to LoRa, are disrupting the current landscape for every inventor of products in the coming years

·  What you will need to embrace technology changes as they occur

Speaker Bios:

Justin Grammens lives at the intersection of emerging technology and leading communities on the Internet of Things. He is a founding partner of Lab 651, where he helps companies use sensors and intelligence to build smart, connected products. He has been in the M2M/IoT area for over 20 years, and in addition to holding several patents, he is a serial entrepreneur. His works, such as an automatic landing system for commercial aircraft and E911 for cell phones are in use every day by millions of people. Thank You Justin Grammens and Rod Landers from Lab651 for sharing your IoT experience/expertise. Tremendous IoT industry/technology overview and suggested ways Inventors can use/integrate IoT. Urging inventors to use IoT to solving REAL user problems.

Im looking for something HUGE! Id like to become my own label of Innovative Consumer Products. Everything I have, except one medical product, could be sold online and at retail. I dont have a dollar, so here I sit. Looking for connections to NPD companies interested in creating a different lines vs rep one inventor on one product. Also investors in it for the long haul vs just helping with one mockup, etc. I KNOW I could improve the sales of Target and help their estocks, but how do I fulfill my potential???

I am looking to get involved with a group of people that are thinking of putting together a team to develop a killer new product. I can offer my 40 years of mechanical product development experience in a variety of industries. My interest is in working for equity rather than consulting fees.
