Facilitator : Myra Gordon has been practising Raja Yoga Mediation for 37 years.
Her honest & sincere attitude enables her look at every day as a learning journey.
She is an experienced vegetarian cook & baker & worked mainly in Edinburgh.
She also cooked in the Brahma Kumaris Retreats in Italy & Oxfordshire.
Myra aims to help others by sharing some spiritual wisdom & meditations which have allowed her to develop a more positive outlook.
