Rust is a systems programming language sponsored by Mozilla which describes it as a "safe, concurrent, practical language", supporting functional and imperative-procedural paradigms. Rust is syntactically similar to C++, but its designers intend it to provide better memory safety while still maintaining performance.
In this workshop, Our IoT champion Sathish [ https://github.com/tsathishkumar ] will be talking about Rust Language and taking us through the journey of levering Rust for building embedded and IoT systems.
All IoT and embedded enthusiasts are welcome!
We will be using stm32f103c8t6 board for our workshop. If you have any STM32 boards please bring them along with you. We have limited number of boards.
Also it would be great if you can take a quick look about Rust language to get some idea, so that we can cut short the introduction to Rust.
