ARDUINO KIT - Alessandro Contini
The Arduino Kit is a top-notch collection of all the tools and components you need to get started tinkering with Arduino and IoT projects. The kit includes two boards, a Tinkerkit shield and lots of sensor modules to create your first hardware project.
BEAGLEBONE OF THINGS - Lars Gregori
The Beaglebone Black features a powerful processor and can act as a link between various IoT devices. Amongst various distributions an Android version ia available. This opens the opportunity to easily connect Android Devices into IoT scenarios.
SPARK CORE - Sven Haiges
Spark Core is like Arduino + Wifi + REST API. Once Wifi has been setup, it is super easy to connect a RESTful API to functions right in the firmware of the device or send events based on sensor readings or other triggers.
RASPBERRY PI - Stephan Noller
The Raspberry Pi laid the foundation of the Maker-Movement and is still at the core of it. A full blown Linux-Computer with programmable GPIO-Pins and tremendous community and support, that's what made this board so successful. Recent updates like the A+ and the B+ but also the Compute Board have underlined the ambition of the Raspberry Foundation to stay at the top of this development.
WUNDERBAR - Jackson Bond
The Wunderbar is an Internet of Things starter-kit for App Developers, with Wifi and 6 detachable modules with 6 Beacons, 6 Sensors, and a bridge to Arduino and Rasberry Pi. It was conceived in October 2013 and succesfully crowdfunded in March 2014.
INTEL EDISON - Dirk Roziers
Intel will present the Intel Edison platform, based on the Intel Atom processor and Quark microcontroller.
