During our time together, we'll get to know one another, spend time with guided and/or silent meditation, hear from the writings of Thich Nhat Hanh and other established Buddhist teachers and leaders and take part in Dharma sharing (a chance to talk about our personal practice and application of mindfulness).
Chairs are available, but feel free to bring your meditation cushion if you prefer.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time. We also ask that as you enter the room you remove your shoes as a way to honor our communal space, silence your cell phones, and observe noble silence while we wait for the session to begin.
