**About myself** I started dancing African dance in 2005 in Barcelona. I went to Senegal for the first time in 2007 and I still go there to perfect my technique. I have also lived in Senegal for a year and danced with "La Foret Sacree" of Ziguinchor. I have lived in The Netherlands where I have performed with "Guzanghida" and "Nusodia", and in Barcelona with "Afroalamuta". I have taught West African dance in Amsterdam, Barcelona and Dublin.
I love expressing myself through dance and find it a very energetic way of lifting up my spirits and being able to connect with myself and others.
