What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in a really great workout focusing on core strength. Learn Traditional Moo Doe (Martial Arts) secrets for the ultimate in core strength and overall fitness. This meetup will include total body strength and conditioning, 3-5 unique techniques to develop the ultimate in core strength, along with breathing and stretching movements to balance the strenuous training. All fitness levels are welcome!
