Meditation in zen tradition is a way to reduce stress, develop compassion, and achieve self-realization.

Zen is the original form of meditation practiced by Buddha, transmitted to China, finally settled in Japan since the 12th century, and as of late has taken root in the West.

All meditation sessions are free to attend.
