This session offers simple and powerful yoga postures to bring stability and balance. Enjoy simple, easy to practice yet potent tools to enhance health, joy, peace, love, success and inner exploration which help one cope with the hectic pace of modern life and realize your full potential in all spheres of life.

No physical agility or prior yoga experience needed. Please bring a yogamat & a towel and arrive on an empty stomach condition i.e. approx 1.5 hrs after a light meal.
