This group meets weekly on a Sunday, at 4pm - 5.15pm in Islington and also Wednesday from 6pm to 7.15pm. I teach the following techniques at the meetup:- a) Progressive muscle relaxation, b) Meditation on the body, c) The Mindfullness of Breathing, d) Focussing on a candle, e) Using a Mantra, f) Using a visualization of white light to relax and meditate g) Using affirmations and creative visualisation to help your goals manifest h) Using visualisation and neuro linguistic programming to improve health.
