The effect excellent relationships with your customers cannot be underestimated. You can create a personal attachment to your products guaranteeing success for the future. The objective of this group is to talk about the methods in which we can all achieve that.
Zendesk is the tool and learning how to use the product is a large part of that. However, the human side of customer service will be spoken about many times. We will talk about how to find a great agent, how to encourage your agents to do excellent work, how best to engage your customers and many other useful tips.
However, this is not my attempt just for myself to spread my knowledge, it's a chance for all of you. In the customer service arena, we all have interesting things to share due to our differing experiences. Hopefully we can all share that together and learn from each other.
