Who said Israeli Bankers cannot make good wines?

From: Avi A.
Sent on: Tuesday, January 19, 2010 8:19 AM
The Recanati Winery was founded in 2000 by a group of wine lovers led by Lenny Recanati, from the prominent Israeli Banking family. Their goal was to create a winery that produces quality Israeli wines at reasonable consumer prices. They succeeded in their goal and today Recanati produces many well priced and internationally awarded wines.

Gil Shatsberg, Recanati's chief winemaker, will grace us with his presence and present a wide selection of his creations. So, join other Israeli wine lovers for a fun and educational evening.
