Would you like to learn the secrets of Italian Slow Food Cuisine, while enjoying cooking and/or dining with friends?

Cooking since I was 15 , a Degree in Biology and Nutrition, a Slow Food Member, 1 Year at CERIA, I'm the Jamie Oliver's Ambassador for Belgium and Brussels.

My Dad and my GrandMa have been my first Mentors, the most wonderful amateur cooks I've ever met, creative and inventive has well as traditional.

Food and aliments are the basis for an healthy and long life as well as a way to share friendship and make new friends: will love to meet you and let you meet new people around Food!
