Italian Pizza-Focaccia: let's make and eat it!
Focaccia, the typical Italian bread that everybody likes. Fragrant, simple, tasty, you can't resist it. You can eat focaccia without anything else or together with salami, cheeses or vegetables, as a snack, for lunch or at dinner. With wine, as aperitivo, it is simply the best. Under the guide of Paolo, following his mamma's recipe, we will learn how to prepare focaccia at home, using no machine, with our hands, starting with water and flour. We'll see the various stages of mixing, leavening and baking in a conventional oven. We'll also learn how to make different toppings. At the end of the lesson, dinner foccacia-based, drinking italian red wines, then caffe` or cappuccino, cakes... talking in Italian, Japanese or English with new friends.     Let's discover Italian wines and food culture by tasting, drinking and eating. We'll make a voyage through Bel Paese's particular and original wines, cheeses, olive oils, hams and so on. We'll have monthly meetings, about particular Italian wines and Italian delikatessen, learning and discussing about their history and peculiarities, doing a real wine or food tasting, learning recipes. Let's enjoy the taste of Italy under the guide of an italian gourmand and of a chef, making new friends from all over the world.
