The Art of the Risotto and Birthdays Celebration

Let's have an evening of food, wine and laughter cooking together and making new friends!”
We will make a special Birthday night for our 2 future VIP members and celebrate with one of the most popular dishes of the Italian cuisine. Il Risotto. Boonooooo!
Yes, we are back to cooking together ( it is too much fun) and we will make no just one risotto, but at least 2 and one of them will be Risotto with strawberries and Prosecco. Si , I know, I am a little weird, but you should know that by now. Who said chocolate? Ok, the dessert will be with chocolate................. There is a cost of $ 20.00 to cover expences. I will provide everything, from the food to pots, pans, tables, chairs, flatware, plates, table linens, utensils………..bla,bla…….and everybody brings a bottle of an Italian wine and a glass. Please, as usual, help me clean up. The Meet up is open to 30 people and the location is my home in Lafayette. I will email my address later to the attendees.

This is the menu: Baked cauliflowers with besciamella (sauce) ,touch of curry, Parmigiano.Risotto with strawberries and Prosecco, Risotto with asparagus and Gouda, flowerless chocolate espresso cake.

    IT WAS JUST DELIGHTFULLY GREAT, PERFECT. WE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING MORE...................MHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, MAY BE WE COULD HAVE DANCED ON THE TABLES.
    SHAME ON US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS, LOGISTICALLY, TECNICALLY AND POTS AND PANS CONSUMING, THE MOST CHALLEGING EVENT WE EVER HAD AND WE NAILED.
    I AM INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED, ONE MORE TIME, ABOUT THE CULINARY KNOLEDGE OF OUR GROUP AND HOW NICE AND FUN WE ARE. WE DEFENETLY ACCOMPLISHED OUR GOAL OF HAVING FUN, COOKING GREAT FOOD, DRINKING GOOD WINE AND MOST OF ALL......THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE: MAKING NEW FRIENDS.
