Technological advancements and innovations in hardware, especially in the software space, are causing organizations to rethink their product/service design and development processes in order to move faster. However, these agile methodologies tend to focus on integrating working software in a short time scale within the product/service and not always prioritize user experience and usability.
It is well documented that a User Centered Design (UCD) process places the user at the center of product/service design and development, thereby resulting in usable products that meet, or even exceed, users' needs and goals. Our speakers, Tonya Chouinard and Sasanka Prabhala, will demonstrate how to integrate UCD and agile to achieve a holistic product design and development methodology.
Tonya and Sasanka will also share methods from their UX Toolkit, through the lens of a case study from the aviation domain. You'll come away with ideas and techniques on how UCD and agile can work together to achieve optimal results for your end users.
