Methods to make decisions, narrow options and select ideas to move forward for less discussion, more action and (the holy grail of collaboration) ALIGNMENT. Please bring a challenge you're currently having (it can be personal or professional, as long as you're willing to work on it and talk about it). An ideal challenge is something you can't seem to make any progress on or move forward with. We'll be working in randomly formed groups of 4-6 and each group will select one challenge to work on, though participants are welcome to bring your own group of 4-6 and work on a pre-determined challenge.
