What we’re about
Jersey Association of Gamers (JAG) is a group of adults who get together twice a month to play board games. The group includes newer board gamers as well as long time avid board gamers. Whether you are interested in playing your favorite board game or learning a new one, JAG has something for everyone. Our meetings are held at Time Warp Comics in Cedar Grove, NJ, which has many board games for sale. A bonus to gaming at Time Warp is that it is within walking distance of several restaurants. Game play usually starts soon after the meeting start time with a second round of gaming starting in the midafternoon.
The group plays a wide variety of games including “euros”, war games, and “ameritrash”. Some of the games that have been played in the last couple of months include:

Starting in May 2023 active JAG members who attend gaming meetings regularly will be asked to contribute $10 per year to cover the cost of JAG’s Meetup group subscription (Meetup costs JAG about $200 per year). If you signed up to the JAG group on Meetup but don’t actually attend meetings don’t worry about the contribution. Feel free to begin attending meetings to try out the group and if you become a regular attendee the contribution would be appreciated.
Contributions can be made electronically on the JAG’s Meetup page. If necessary, the contribution can be given to Chris Storzillo or Michael Wilding as cash or a check (payable to Chris Storzillo).
