We learn to talk at an early age, but most of us don’t have formal training on how to effectively communicate with others. Communication is one of the most important life skills, and one you use your entire life. Let’s discuss some essential tips and tools you’ll need to communicate effectively, thoroughly and confidently.

Wendy Norfleet, Ph.D.
CEO of Norfleet Integrated Solutions

Wendy Norfleet is the CEO and founder of Norfleet Integrated Solutions (NIS). NIS specializes in developing and delivering technical training, leadership development and career coaching. Prior to NIS, Dr. Norfleet served as college-wide Academic Dean of Information Technology for Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2010 – 2016. Prior to higher education, Wendy contributed over 18 years in the Information Technology industry holding such positions as Director of Information Technology, Quality Systems Manager, Configuration Management Engineer, and Software Computer Engineer, working in the bank, health and automotive industries. She is a graduate of Wayne State University (Ph.D., Instructional Technology), University of Detroit Mercy (M.S., Computer Information Systems), and Detroit College of Business (B.S., Computer Information Systems). She serves on several boards, has a number of publications and has received many awards for her service and leadership.
